Tiffany and Derek announce new programs

Tiffany and Derek are debuting two new programs at the upcoming Golden West Championships. For their short program, the pair will skate to "Sweet Remembrance of You" by William Joseph. Tiffany and Derek are using Joseph's "Heroes" and "Return with Honor" for the free skate.

"We are introducing a new image for this season. We have brought in a 'team' approach to our skating this season including the addition of trainers and ballet instructors," Derek said. "Sandy Hess was my dance coach for many years and Rene Roca took me through many of my earlier dance tests. It was exciting to work with them together to develop the concepts and programs we are presenting this year."

Tiffany and Derek hope the new programs, along with their throw quadruple Salchow, land them on the podium at nationals. "Our goal for this season is to be the U.S. National Champions and attend the World Championships in Los Angeles," Derek said.
