Q. Hi Parker, I am 10 and have just landed my first single axel. Does this mean my future in skating isn't very good, if I don't get my double axel by age 11?
A. No, it does not mean you don't have a great future in skating. There are plenty of elite skaters as well that got a late start in skating or didn't get things at an early age.

Q. Hey Parker! What is the hardest spin that you had trouble on when you were younger?
A. The hardest spin for me was probably the scratch spin. It took time for me to learn how to spin in one place. Once I could do that, it was trying to increase the speed and stay in the same place. The sit and camel spins came pretty naturally for me.

Q. Hi Parker. I miss watching you at the World Arena. Will you ever consider moving back?
A. I enjoyed my three years in Colorado Springs and I learned a lot during my time there, but I am really happy with my situation in Virginia.

Q. How old were you when you landed your first single, double, and triple axel?
A. I landed my single axel a long time ago--I was probably about 6 or 7 years old. I landed my double axel at age 11, and my triple at age 17.
