August 2006
Hello again everyone. I want to keep all my fans updated on what is new with me, and what is on my current agenda. I recently competed at Skate Detroit and won. It was a real highlight for me winning this competition because I was up against the Junior World Champion. I landed all three of my triple axels between both programs, which I was very pleased about. Overall, between the short and long, I thought it was a very respectable outing for my first time out this season. Obviously, there are plenty of things I feel I can improve on, but I was generally happy about how it went.
Next up on my agenda will be Golden West. I am looking forward to this competition as there will be a lot of top guys there. It is still early in the season, but it will be a good indication of what will be to come this season. I feel like right now I am continuing to move forward and progress. I know that this season will be a huge stepping stone for me, and I want to be ready for that challenge.
As for life outside of training, I am keeping busy with cooking, shopping, and hanging out with friends. I am also very big into fantasy baseball right now. I am up against a lot of people I skate with, and it is a lot of fun.
Anyway, that is about all that is new with me, but be sure to check back for any new updates. Take care!

May 2006
I would like to welcome everyone to my new web site. I will be having updates throughout the year on what is new with me, so be sure to check back here from time to time.
Things are going quite well for me right now with my skating. I have my short program done, and I am getting started on a new long program right now. I am planning on competing at Skate Detroit, which will be in the middle of July.
I am very much looking forward to this upcoming season, and will continue to work and develop to improve my skating. This past season I thought I took a giant step forward in developing my maturity and composure, and consistency in competition. And, I believe I am now ready to take that next step forward to be one of the top guys in the country. I am currently working on getting my quad (lutz) to a consistency where it will be ready for the start of the season.
As for life outside of skating, I am certainly keeping busy. I have begun playing a bit of tennis with my friends and brother. I had never played before, and I was amazed at how difficult it really is.
I am also staying tuned to the NBA Playoffs right now, and have been extremely impressed with how well LeBron James has carried the Cavaliers on his back. By the time you all read this, the series with the Pistons will be over. Win or lose, the Cavs had an incredible run, and will have much hope for the years to come.
I am an also a huge Cleveland Indians (baseball) fan, and hopefully they will have a great season too.
Well, that is about all for now, but check back soon for my next entry and thank you for visiting my site.
