To United States Figure Skating, fans, family, and friends: 

We regret to inform you that the Pairs Partnership of Jessica Rose Paetsch and Jon Nuss has come to an end.  “We want to thank United States Figure Skating, fans, family, friends, and many others for your support and understanding from the wonderful years that we had and hope to see that continue through the ventures we have in the future.”  As a result of this very difficult decision, Jon is going to take some time off in order to focus on his education and Jessica Rose will continue to skate.  Jessica Rose and Jon are very proud of what they accomplished in their time together.  “We will both remain very good friends and wish each other much happiness and success.”
