Thanks for coming to my site!  I haven't written an entry in sometime, so let me fill you in on what's been going on.

In early October, I traveled home to the Boston area to skate in An Evening With Champions.  I had such a great time. I skated very well in both the shows, and got a standing ovation! It was such a great feeling to go back home and skate so well even though it was not a competition.

It was also the first time I was back in the area and had seen my family since the death of my brother. It was very important for me to be strong, and be able to skate well after the fact.

I recently traveled to Croatia for my second International of the season.  I finished in 8th place. I had never been to Croatia and it was certainly a very interesting place. I can't say I skated well, but I did learn a lot even though I was not at my best.

I am preparing for Nationals which will be my next competition to be held in Atlanta in early January.

Before then, I have two shows to skate in, along with breaking in some new skates. Taking one training day at a time we will see what I can deliver at the US Championships!
