Hello Everyone.

Well, now that my schedule is on the "down time," I thought I would just fill you in on my recent activities, camps, and travels.

Last month I went to the Team USA Sports Science Camp in Colorado and had a great time. We did all kinds of testing from biomechanics jumping, to some flexibility skills, up to testing for asthma.

If any of you were on the USFSA web site, you may have seen my photo with that huge white tube in my mouth. That's was the asthma testing.

It was nice to go to Colorado and see all my skating buddies, along with meeting up with my sister and one of my brothers. They live in Denver which is about an hour from Colorado Springs, and it was wonderful to see them.

Since the Team Camp, I have been working on my senior programs for the upcoming season. I tried new choreographers for this season with two very different styles.

Grant Rorvick did my short program. This program is spunky, and energetic which should be a good debut for senior.

For the long, I choose to work with Phillip Mills. This program is a more serious type with a patriotic theme, along with the more sophisticated look.

In the upcoming months, I have to have the outfits for both programs made, along with testing my senior freestyle.

My skating overall is going very well. My triple axel is becoming a lot easier for me, and I have started working on some quads. If I can them maybe you'll see one at Nationals in Dallas--who knows.

That's about all for right now. I will update my status on things in a few weeks. Take care!

With love,

Nick
