Hey everyone.

I just got home from Team USA Training Camp in Lake Placid. I had lots of fun. We didn't skate as much this year as previous years, but we did do more classroom work.

We learned a lot this year of how to have peak performances, and we worked a lot on triple axels and quad toes with Kathy Casey. Also we had a spin lesson with Mr. Nicks, and that was the best lesson of the whole camp.

I had a chance to spend some time with friends that I don't see very often like Sasha Cohen, Jenny Kirk, Johnny Weir, Naomi Nari Nam, the Steiglers, Louann Donovan, Colette Irving, and a bunch of others. We all had a great time at the closing party.

While I was there I also made a friend who does skeleton, which is luge head first, and ski jumpers.

Now that this camp is over, I am going to be working on my triple Axel some more, along with my quad toe. My next competition is Wissahickon which is to be held in mid July.

The summer competitions are very critical for me. Making the Reserve Team, they will pick my internationals through my summer placements. The summer competitions will determine if I go internationally or not.

I will write again after Wissahickon, and let you know all the latest news. Thanks for visiting, and hope you'll be back.

Bye, bye...

Nick
