Chloe Katz, Joseph Lynch end partnership

Chloe Katz and Joseph Lynch, the 2005 U.S. Championship bronze medalists in junior pairs, announced today that they have ended their partnership after 13 years. Both plan to resume their studies at New York University, where both have attended classes throughout their skating career.

U.S. Champs Yankowskas, Coughlin end partnership

Caitlin Yankowskas and John Coughlin, the 2011 U.S. pairs champions, announced May 4 they have ended their nearly four-year on-ice partnership. Beginning their career together in 2008, Yankowskas and Coughlin enjoyed their most successful season in 2010-11.

Denney, Barrett announce end of partnership

After three year career highlighted by an appearance at the 2010 Olympic Winter Games, 2010 U.S. Champions Caydee Denney and Jeremy Barrett announced the end of their partnership today. She plans to continue in competitive skating while Barrett will pursue performing professionally.

Keauna McLaughlin, Rockne Brubaker end partnership

Two-time U.S. Champions Keauna McLaughlin and Rockne Brubaker have ended their partnership after four years, the pair announced today. McLaughlin will sit out next season to focus on her schoolwork while Brubaker is searching for a new partner.

Becky Bereswill set to make pairs debut this summer

Becky Bereswill has taken up pair skating with Trevor Young in addition to her singles career, the 2008 Junior Grand Prix Final Champion announced on her official website. Bereswill and Young, who formed their partnership in April, plan to make their debut at the annual Detroit Figure Skating Show then compete at the Indy Challenge.

Vise and Trent split after six years together

Former national medalists Tiffany Vise and Derek Trent, the first pair to land a throw quadruple Salchow in an international event, announced today that they have ended their partnership after six years together. This past season they finished fifth at both of their ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating Series assignments, Trophée Eric Bompard and Skate Canada. They were eighth at the 2009 U.S. Figure Skating Championships in Cleveland, Ohio. Their best finish at the U.S. Championships came in 2008, when they placed fourth.

Brynn Carman and Chris Knierim end partnership

Reigning U.S. Championship silver medalists in junior pairs Brynn Carman and Chris Knierim, also the 2008 U.S. novice champions, announced today that they have ended their three-year partnership.
