Hi Everyone-

I hope everyone is doing well. I'm doing a lot better since Nationals. I'm back on the ice, I'm working a little bit, and I'm very optimistic about this summer and next season. I know what I need to do, and I'm going to do it, no matter what other people say.

I started skating again about three weeks after Nationals. It was kind of depressing to skate for no reason, so I skated mainly to get out of my house and away from the ice cream. I slowly am starting to progress back into the routine of my life and get myself in order. I'm sorry to make such a "Lifetime Original Movie" out of what happened, but it really was the most abysmal ending to a horrific year. Anyway, I'm actually skating really well. I am landing quad sal pretty consistently, I have stood up on a few quad flips, and I've started working on quad lutz, so I'm pretty happy with all of that. I'm trying to invent a new spin and am always working on random footwork to make that stronger for next season. I'm also looking for new short program music, I'm thinking Spanish possibly, and I'm keeping my long program to "Dr. Zhivago."

I recently had my first assignment as a choreographer. I choreographed two programs for my friend, Marisa Ross. It was a really fun experience, I think for both of us, and I would really like to pursue being a choreographer for a little while. It's amazing, I have a lot of ideas, but I can't use them all, so why not help other people with them? It's just so much fun, I can't even describe.

My summer is going to filled with training, unlike last year. I am hoping to do the Liberty Open competition, to put my programs out for the first and second times, and to try a quad or two for the first time in competition. I want to be ready for anything this season, just so I can never be counted out or cut down again.

I'll get back to you all soon, I just wanted to let ya'll know what I'm up to. Thanks for visiting!
