I have an identical twin sister named Allison. She was an ice skater for 12 years and attends Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

I have one dog, Casper, who is a Bichon Frise.

I love to run and placed second in my age division at the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. Someday I hope to run a marathon.

I studied ballet at The Houston Ballet Academy for 8 years and performed with Houston Ballet in over 30 Nutcrackers and in Cinderella as an angel. I skated to Cinderella in 2008 after falling in love with the ballet.

I am a huge college football fan. My favorite team is the University of Michigan Wolverines. I also cheer on the Texas Longhorns, Florida Gators and SMU Mustangs.

Other sports that I love doing include snow skiing, cycling and yoga.

I am currently a full time student at the University of Michigan.

I love studying new languages and am fluent in Spanish.

I love to travel and my favorite foreign city is Madrid, Spain, and my favorite foreign city that I have traveled to with skating is Paris, France.

I skated in Houston for 10 years and am very grateful to my former coach Megan Faulkner and choreographer was Phillip Mills for all of their work and guidance.

I went to high school full time and graduated Summa Cum Laude as an AP Scholar and National Honor Society member.

I was a pairs skater in 2010-2011 and competed at the U.S. Championships with Trevor Young.
