October 11, 2009 — Becky finished 12th overall (117.11 points) at Finlandia Trophy in Helsinki, Finland, with a 12th place short program with 45.06 and a 13th place free skate with 72.05. In both programs, she received two one-point deductions.

September 4, 2009 — U.S. Figure Skating announced today that Becky will represent the United States at the Finlandia Trophy in Helsinki, Finland, Oct. 8-11, which is her second senior international competition. Becky previously won the bronze medal at AEGON Challenge Cup. She will also compete at November's NHK Trophy in Japan.
